Terms of service
Last updated: June 5, 2026. These terms apply to your use of the StoreAll platform at StoreAll.io as an operator or authorized user. Facility operators remain solely responsible for their business, renter relationships, compliance with applicable law, and content published through optional hosted experiences.
Agreement
By accessing or using StoreAll you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use StoreAll on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
StoreAll provides web-based tools for self-storage operations (such as inventory, waitlists, optional hosted sites and listings, and billing-related features depending on plan tier). Features may vary by tier and configuration; we may modify or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practical.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use StoreAll unlawfully or to violate third-party rights;
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with the service or other users;
- Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours;
- Upload malware or misuse automated access except via documented APIs or integrations we provide;
- Use the service to send spam or deceptive communications;
- Misrepresent availability, pricing, or unit conditions to renters.
Your content and renter data
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant StoreAll a license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You represent that you have necessary rights to the content you upload. Personal data about your renters may be processed as described in our Privacy policy and any separate agreements with you. You are responsible for notices and lawful bases required between you and your renters.
Fees and billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, and refunds (if any) are governed by the checkout flow, plan descriptions at purchase, and payment processor records (such as Stripe). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees using your designated payment method.
Third-party services
StoreAll may integrate services operated by third parties (including hosting, email delivery, maps, or payments). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those portions of the experience.
Intellectual property
StoreAll and its licensors own the platform, trademarks, documentation, and associated intellectual property, excluding your content. No license is granted except as necessary to use the service under these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoreAll and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify StoreAll against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your business practices, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk of harm, legal obligation, or non-payment. You may stop using StoreAll at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms).
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where practical (such as email or an in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited—then you agree to the jurisdiction of competent courts where StoreAll operates. Have counsel tailor venue and dispute resolution for your company before launch.
