Grouped identical units and smarter waitlist workflows

Two product patterns help operators when demand is high but catalog rows get noisy.

Grouped identical units

When several units share size, type, climate, and rate, group identical units collapses them into one card — renters see “4 available” instead of four duplicate lines. Status changes in Manage still drive the count.

Best when you run rows of homogeneous 10×10 or parking spaces.

Waitlists when you are full

Popular sizes sell out fast. A waitlist by size captures interest now; SMS or staff follow-up fires when a match opens. Pair with accurate statuses so you do not call renters for units already reserved.
