Multi-location inventory without chaos

Running two or more yards adds coordination cost: different managers, different vacancy, one brand. Tier 3 is built for unlimited units and multiple locations with scoped staff access.

One platform, many yards

  • Each location has its own address, units, and optional site content
  • Inventory statuses are per unit — no accidental cross-site double-booking when staff use Manage
  • Sub-owners can be limited to their location only

Sub-owner access model

Owners invite sub-owners (site managers) who can:

  • Update inventory and day-to-day statuses
  • Publish website tweaks for their yard
  • Not access billing or org-wide settings unless you grant it

This keeps gate staff empowered without handing everyone Stripe keys.

Public presence options

  • One brand can use separate hosted URLs per slug or coordinate CMS pages per location
  • Embeds on a corporate WordPress site can point at the right org slug per region

Upgrade path

Operators often start Tier 1 or 2 at a single site, prove inventory discipline, then move to Tier 3 when:

  • A second acquisition opens
  • Online reservations must work across locations
  • Unit count exceeds Tier 2 caps
